Be respectful to other guests after you. Please make arrangements prior to coming to your appointment. I do not care what the circumstances are if arrangements have not been made with me in advance. I understand things happen but you will have to talk to me before the start time of your appointment no exceptions.
-PLEASE DO NOT BRING EXTRA PEOPLE ONLY ONE PERSON TO HELP WITH CHILDREN SESSIONS UNLESS DISCUSSED.
PLEASE COME DRESSED IN YOUR FIRST OUTFIT OR IT WILL COME FROM YOUR TIME. YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN EXTRA TIME ADDED ( PLEASE DO NOT COME AND BRIBE ME TO ADD TIME IT IS OUT OF COURTESY FOR MY OTHER GUEST AND OBLIGATIONS )
-I DO ALLOW A $100 RUSH FEE IF YOU NEED PHOTOS EDITED BY NEXT BUSINESS DAY. YOUR APPOINTMENT NEEDS TO BE BEFORE 8PM THE DAY PRIOR. YOUR SESSION WILL NEED TO BE MONDAY-THURSDAY TO QUALIFY. I WILL NOT RUSH PHOTOS BACK FASTER THAN THE TURN AROUND TIME. I WILL NOT SEND JUST ONE OR TWO PHOTOS BACK DUE TO HIGH DEMAND. BOOK IN ADVANCE OR PLAN AHEAD.

We are booked all year round and aim to answer everyone as diligently as possible. If you have questions or emailed us please allow up to 24 hours for the photographer to respond. In the case a response is not given please message us again to ensure the message has been delivered. ( [email protected] )
**NEED CHANGES MADE TO YOUR PHOTOS AFTER EDITING HAD BEEN DONE? If you do not send your retouch changes back within 24 hours after getting your photos back, That Life Visuals LLC is no longer responsible for editing your images. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
-If you decide you do not like photos after you leave the studio then you will not be given money back but you can receive partial credit ( price not including deposit ) toward another photo session within that same month.
-If you can not rebook for a session in that same month due to landing on the last day of the month, then you have until the last day of the first week that next month to rebook. If rebooking does not work for you then the session and money will be at the discretion of that life visuals llc. Refunding will not be an option; all sales are final.
-This Photography Contract is made effective as of (the agreed on dates ) between the , That Life Visuals LLC guest and photographer of That Life Visuals LLC .
Once you book, you cannot change your session to another package. ( If you are not sure people will show up, then reschedule. You can reschedule your appointment once. You also can book the missing person at a different time and have them edited into the photo at a later time for larger group sessions. Another option is to have someone else take their spot, or cancel ) but you cannot change the package or have a refund.
----DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
On (the agreed on dates ) That Life Visuals LLC will provide to That Life Visuals guest the following photography services.That Life Visuals photographer will start shooting photos on (the agreed on dates ) and will arrive prior to the photo session ready to work. That Life Visuals LLC will take photos for our guests on the (the agreed on dates ).
Promising great accuracy with turn around times
If the work is not back to the guest by the date agreed and the guest does not get 24 hour notice of their late product, A 50% percent discount will be applied for the next session booked. Edited Photos / video will be returned 10-14 business days after booking your appointment.
--SAFETY RULES
For safety reasons all children/adults must be able to respect my studio and materials or sessions will be stopped until the photographer feels the area is safe to continue. Stopping photo sessions can result in losing out on gaining great photos and time.
---NEWBORN OR BABIES
That Life Visuals LLC promises to care for children giving them a clean and safe area for photos. Every guardian will be asked permission prior to moving each child into a safe pose. If guardians do not feel safe with a photographer posing their children, guardians must express this prior to the session. For best results the photographer has poses picked out prior to session and if one pose does not work then the photographer will move forward. Each child must have a parent next to them during session if under the age of 3 years old for safety reasons. Please feel free to bring in your own baby blankets to use only plain/solid colors
( white, nudes, grays..)
PAYMENT.
(1) That Life Visuals LLC guest agrees to pay the photographer a sum (agreed on sum discussed prior) in consideration for the photography services to be rendered by That Life Visuals LLC. In consideration for this fee, That Life Visuals will devote as long as needed to get the job done for That Life Visuals guest;
(2) That Life Visuals will provide proofs and/or a lookbook for That Life Visuals guest to review for final purchase of pictures;
(3 ) That Life Visuals will provide That Life Visuals guests with a cost sheet itemizing the cost of different packages and individual photo purchases.
(4) Payment for businesses, churches or corporations must be organized prior to hiring me for the job. Payment ( any method ) must be given a timeline prior to hiring me with an accurate date for payment. If your business, church, or corporation does make the payment the day of session or until payment arrangements are made with a date on when payment will be made photos will be held.
(5) Payment for guest (
Exact cash due for session or card payments are accepted. All payments are made prior to starting the photo session or before leaving the studio. If payment is not made then photos will be deleted after you leave , no exceptions.
(6) special jobs
Special jobs/ Contracted deal ( dance teams, sport players, special edit request etc..) Payment arrangement must be made prior to working with me and have a signed document stating and agreeing terms between both parties. If the contract is not met then photos/ videos services will not happen and all work will be discarded.
------DEPOSIT.
At the time of the signing of the Contract, That Life Visuals LLC guests shall pay a non-refundable deposit of (agreed on sum) to That Life Visuals LLC for the services. The deposit will be subtracted from the total payment owed by That Life Visuals guest upon completion of the Services. All deposits are due at the time of booking.
LATE FEES:
10 mins late will be excusesable if you talk to me in advance, no fee applied . IF prior arrangements have not been made then a $20 fee will be due on top of your session fee that day.
15 mins late to your session will result in cancellation and deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
If you are late 10 mins or more, to a 30 mins session, your session will be canceled. Your session cannot be transferred to a different date you must rebook.
-------CANCELLATION POLICY
If your session is canceled due to you not being on time then you cannot use your deposit as it is not transferable to another date , time , or session.
If your session is canceled due to an event happening out of the photographers control you may reschedule for no extra fee within that same year using the same deal.( unless discussed otherwise )
If you decide to cancel services with Omaha That life visuals, our photography retainer is non-refundable and non transferable for another session.
Once booking is paid in full in advance and the event/ photo session is canceled for whatever reason after full payment has been made, the remaining balance of the package will be at the discretion of Omaha That Life Visuals.
If you cancel your session you cannot pay partially or in full then give your session away to anyone else unless they are using the same package you had. NO EXCEPTIONS . They must be booked within the same year as the canceled photo shoot or the session will be canceled and the balance will be non transferable and non refundable.
—--REFUNDS
If a refund is promised to the guest of any kind the photographer has a month from the date the refund was promised , to return the money back to the guest. The payment will be returned the way it was received and a recipe will be given.
—----Rescheduling
If you’re rescheduling due to the photographer canceling your photo session then you have until the end of the same year to reschedule your appointment.
If you are rescheduling your appointment , you have until the end of the year to reschedule it and cannot transfer it over to the new year to come. You can only reschedule once. You cannot transfer your service to a different package. ( If you have an emergency and need to cancel at the last minute that is okay but the deposit is nonrefundable and non transferable. You also must contact me prior to your appointment. If you no call no show then your appointment will be canceled and you must rebook. )
If for whatever reason your event date needs to be rescheduled you must give Omaha that life visuals a 48 hour notice, we will do everything in our power to work with your new date. A $20 fee applied to your session when rescheduling without 48 hour notice . Anything less than a 48 hour notice will result in canceling your session if you are a no call no show. You then will have to start over the booking process losing retainer fee. ( If you have an emergency and need to cancel at the very last minute (30 mins or less prior to your session ) that is okay but the deposit is nonrefundable/ nontransferable and a $40 dollar fee will be applied .You must talk to me and let me know prior to your appointment start time )
If the new date conflicts with That Life Visuals LLC schedule, we apologize for the inconvenience but must honor bookings on a first come, first serve basis. If we are unable to re-book your event/session, due to conflict, the retainer is non-refundable. You will need to rebook or cancel your appointment.
For weather cancellations, you will receive a text to let you know your session needs to be canceled. That Life Visuals has the ultimate decision on if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. If your session is canceled due to weather, you will receive a text with a list of dates that are available to reschedule your session. If none of the dates work out the retainer is still non refundable. You have until the end of the year to rebook and can only use the same session you booked for.
If That Life Visuals cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
-------WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP. Any copyrightable works , ideas, discoveries , products, or other information ( collectively, the “Work Product” ) developed in whole or in part by That Life Visuals in connection with the Services will be the exclusive property of That Life Visuals guest.
That Life Visuals confirms exclusive ownership of That Life Visuals guest to the product.
Once product is back to That Life Visuals guests then it is their property to do as they wish. That Life Visuals has full ownership of photos to be posted on social media for marketing purposes if you would not like photos to be posted tell the photographer otherwise prior to session.
----REMEDIES. In addition to any and all other rights a party may have available according to law , if a party defaults by failing to substantially perform any provision, term or condition of this Contract ( including without limitation the failure to make a monetary payment when due), the other party may terminate the contract by providing written notice to the defaulting party. This notice shall describe with sufficient detail the nature of the default. The party receiving such notice shall have 0 days from the effective date of such notice to cure the default (s) within such time period shall result in the automatic termination of this contract
